Program details, raffle items and live auction previews coming soon!

Everyone is invited to join us Friday, August 14 for a chance to bid on some fantastic packages, win an exciting raffle, and support our mission to as we strive to keep families together, meet the basic needs of the most vulnerable families, and find ways to make the lives of foster children seem just a little more normal.

The event is FREE to attend but registration is required-- REGISTER HERE

Virtual Gala FAQ:

What will happen at the Stay at Home  Virtual Gala?
We will be sharing an update on where we're at right now, sharing stories (including a brand new video), a performance from Alexandria's Poet Laureate KaNikki Jakarta, live auction, and a Raise-the-Paddle fundraiser. All from the comfort of your home! The virtual gala will be interactive, with live chat, plus some amazing raffle prizes! We promise it will be heartwarming and joyful.

Is this event free to attend?
Yes. We of course hope you'll be inspired to make a gift as part of the virtual gala but it's not required. We know it's very difficult time financially for many, many families. We would love to have your presence, whether you can make a donation now or not. You can help us hugely by sharing this event with your friends, your family, anyone who you think might be interested in bidding and supporting foster children in Alexandria.

Is the virtual gala appropriate for kids?
Yes! In fact we think this will be a really fun show to watch with your kids. Probably the best ages are between 12-18.

What if I bought tickets to the original gala?
First of all, thank you for your support. We were heartbroken to have to cancel our original event, and we sincerely hope you will join us for this virtual event! If you purchased a ticket, or tickets, you should have received an email from us about transferring your purchase into a cash donation to The Fund  (you don't need to do anything to make this happen, we're handling it!). You will get an email receipt from us reflecting this donation after the event.

Is there a fundraising goal for the virtual gala?
Yes. Our goal is to raise $50,000. If you've made your gala gift already, we will include your gift in the tally for this goal. So your gift will be counted! There will be a live Raise-the-Paddle during the virtual gala, it'll be fun and every gift counts. They add up!
